SoCal Nation Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

You may return any stock item within 30 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

 

2. Eligibility Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in original packaging
  • with all tags attached
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Do not ship items back without written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return shipping address.
Return addresses are not listed publicly and may vary based on the item and fulfillment location.
Returns sent to any address not provided during the approval process will not be accepted.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and confirm the item is in new condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the product price (minus original shipping).
Banks and card issuers may take up to 10 business days to post the refund.

 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Check your order when it arrives.
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 2–3 business days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Claims filed outside this window limit our ability to help.

 

5. Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incomplete or incorrect, SoCal Nation is not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
Once the carrier marks a package “delivered,” we treat that status as final.

If you cannot locate a delivered package:

  • Contact us within 2–3 business days of the delivery scan.
  • Claims made after 5 business days fall outside the carrier claim window. Replacement costs then become the customer’s responsibility.
  • Lost-package claims do not change the return process. Any authorized return must be shipped only to the address provided after approval.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • sale or clearance items
  • gift cards

 

7. EU Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel and return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. EU returns also require approval. The return address will be provided as part of the approval process.
