Order Processing
- We process orders Monday–Friday.
- Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
- You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods and Rates
- Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (for international).
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery Times
- Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier.
- These are estimates only—not guaranteed.
- Weather, carrier delays, customs, and other factors may affect transit times.
Address Accuracy
- Enter your shipping address carefully.
- We ship to the exact address submitted at checkout.
- If the address is incorrect or incomplete, you are responsible for replacement costs.
- Shipping-address issues do not change the return process. Returns must be shipped only to the return address we provide after approval. Returns sent to any other location will not be processed.
Risk of Loss
- Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
- If the carrier marks the package as “delivered,” we treat that status as final.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t locate it:
- Contact us within 2–3 business days of the delivery scan.
- We will review the issue and, if needed, open a claim with the carrier.
- Claims submitted after 5 business days fall outside the carrier’s window, and replacement costs become your responsibility.
- Lost-package claims are separate from return requests. Any approved return must still be shipped to the address provided during the return-approval process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Email us within 2–3 business days of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll evaluate the issue and provide next steps.
International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees.
- These charges are set by your country and paid by you.
- Customs processing may delay delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
Returns
Return shipments must not be sent to our business address or fulfillment locations unless explicitly provided to you.
The return address is not published publicly. You will receive the correct return address only after your return is approved. Returns sent to any unapproved address will not be processed.
