SoCal Nation – Terms & Conditions

Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the SoCal Nation online store and website (“Services”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to SoCal Nation. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that supports the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

1. Access and Account

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province.
  • You may need to provide accurate and current information such as your email, billing, and shipping details.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You may not transfer or assign your account to anyone else.
  • You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use any payment method submitted.

 

2. Our Products

  • We aim to present products clearly, but colors and appearance may vary by device.
  • We do not promise products will appear exactly as displayed on your screen.
  • Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice.
  • We may limit quantities or discontinue items at our discretion.
  • We may limit sales by person, household, account, or shipping address.

 

3. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason.
  • We process payment before accepting an order.
  • We may cancel or modify an order due to pricing errors, availability issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect information.
  • We may limit quantities per person, household, account, or shipping address.
  • We may block orders that appear to be for resale or commercial distribution.
  • All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
  • All returns must follow the return-approval process described in our Refund & Return Policy. The return address will be provided only after your return is approved.
  • Returns sent anywhere else will not be processed.
  • Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may not be able to cancel an order once it enters processing.

 

4. Prices and Billing

  • Prices may change without notice.
  • The price confirmed at checkout is the price charged.
  • Prices exclude taxes, shipping, duties, and other fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Promotions may have separate terms.
  • You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges for your order total.
  • You agree that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorized to use it

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
  • When we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
  • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for replacement costs.
  • Shipping-related issues do not change the return process.
  • Any approved return must be shipped to the address we provide after approval.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our site—including images, text, logos, graphics, and designs—is owned by SoCal Nation or our licensors.
  • You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse content without written permission.
  • SoCal Nation branding is protected under trademark laws.

 

7. Optional Tools

The Services may include access to third-party tools. We do not control these tools and provide them “as is.”
Use of any third-party tool is at your own risk. Review the provider’s terms before using those tools.

 

8. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or guarantee the content of those sites.
Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
Any concerns about third-party products or services should be directed to the third party.

 

9. Relationship With Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, but your purchase is a transaction between you and SoCal Nation only.
Shopify is not responsible for any issues related to your order.
You release Shopify from any claims related to your use of the Services.

 

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes data as part of providing their platform.
By using the Services, you agree to both policies.

 

11. Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display that content.
You confirm that you own your Feedback and that it doesn’t violate anyone’s rights.
We may remove Feedback that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or inappropriate.

 

12. Errors and Inaccuracies

The Services may contain errors or omissions.
We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time without notice.
This includes errors in pricing, product details, availability, and promotions.

 

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

  • break any law
  • violate intellectual property rights
  • harass or harm others
  • submit false information
  • upload malware or harmful code
  • scrape, crawl, or data-mine the site
  • interfere with site security or operations
  • bypass technical controls
  • engage in abusive or disruptive conduct

You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination.
Sections such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and others continue after termination.

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Nation is not liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages
  • lost profits or revenue
  • lost data
  • replacement costs
  • business interruption
  • or similar losses

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend SoCal Nation and Shopify against claims arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms
  • your violation of laws or third-party rights
  • your use of the Services

We may control the defense of such claims.

 

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections still apply.

 

19. Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our decision not to enforce a right does not waive that right.
These Terms are the full agreement between you and SoCal Nation regarding the Services.

 

20. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
We may transfer ours without notice.

 

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.
You agree to jurisdiction in that location.

 

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Material updates will be posted with an effective date.
Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
